We have also set up procedures to ensure the exercise of the rights of those affected, the deletion of data and the response to threats to data. Different information can be stored within the cookies. A cookie is primarily used to store information about a user (or the device on which the cookie is stored) during or after their visit to an online offering. Otherwise, the users' personal cookies are processed in accordance with the following explanations in this data protection declaration on the basis of our legitimate interests (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online offering within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f. GDPR) or if the use of cookies is necessary to provide our contract-related services, in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b. This generally includes inventory and master data of the persons (e.g., name, address, etc.), as well as contact details (e.g., email address, telephone, etc.), contract data (e.g., services used, content communicated, etc.). This may include, for example, user master data and contact details, data on processes, contracts, other processes and their contents. Google also processes usage data and metadata, which is used by Google for security purposes and service optimization.\nWhen using publicly accessible documents, websites or other content, Google may store cookies on the user's computer for the purposes of web analysis or to remember the user's settings.\nWe use Google Cloud services on Gbased on our legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f of the GDPR in efficient and secure administrative and collaboration processes. Furthermore, processing takes place on the basis of an order processing agreement with Google (https:\/\/cloud.google.com\/terms\/data-processing-terms).\nFurther information can be found in Google's privacy policy (https:\/\/www.google.com\/policies\/privacy) and the security information for Google Cloud services (https:\/\/cloud.google.com\/security\/privacy\/). You can object to us processing your data in the Google Cloud in accordance with legal requirements. Furthermore, the deletion of data within Google's cloud services is determined by the other processing processes in which the data is processed (e.g. deletion of data no longer required for contractual purposes or storage of data required for taxation purposes).\nThe Google Cloud Services are provided by Google Ireland Limited. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.\nThe IP address transmitted by the user's browser is not merged with other Google data. GDPR).\nTo the extent that data is processed in the USA, we would like to point out that Google is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement and thereby guarantees that it will comply with European data protection law (https:\/\/www.privacyshield.gov\/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&amp;status=Active) .\nFurther information on data usage by Google, settings and objection options can be found in Google's data protection declaration (https:\/\/policies.google.com\/privacy) and in the settings for the display of advertising by Google (https:\/\/adssettings. google.com\/authenticated).\nUsers' personal data will be deleted or anonymized after 14 months.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"dsg-socialmedia\">Online presence in social media<\/h3>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">We maintain online presences within social networks and platforms in order to be able to communicate with customers, interested parties and users active there and to inform them about our services.\nWe would like to point out that user data may be processed outside the European Union. This can result in risks for users because, for example, it could make it more difficult to enforce users' rights. With regard to US providers who are certified under the Privacy Shield, we would like to point out that they thereby undertake to comply with EU data protection standards.\nFurthermore, user data is usually processed for market research and advertising purposes. For example, usage profiles can be created from the usage behavior and resulting interests of the users. The usage profiles can in turn be used, for example, to place advertisements within and outside the platforms that presumably correspond to the interests of the users. For these purposes, cookies are usually stored on the users' computers, in which the usage behavior and interests of the users are stored. Furthermore, data can also be stored in the usage profiles regardless of the devices used by the users (particularly if the users are members of the respective platforms and are logged in to them).\nThe processing of users' personal data is based on our legitimate interests in effectively informing users and communicating with users in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f of the GDPR.
